It consists, for a fee (see agency rates), of relieving the lessor of the day-to-day management of his property:

• search for tenant(s), including drafting of the lease and inventory of fixtures (see tariff conditions)
• collection and annual review of rents
• charge statement
• renewal of leases
• routine maintenance of the building
• subscription of any insurance
• relationship with your tenant
